A substantial ransomware attack rocked many organizations throughout Europe and the United States this week. Here are seven of the best Tweets Tweeted about GoldenEye / PetrWrap

The official Ukrainian Twitter account announces they are aware that many organizations in the country are experiencing a malware attack.

The malware struck the strangest of places throughout the day. This is how organizations infected and those responding felt all day Wednesday. There was certainly some corporate responsibility for many of the infections. Which is why this ransomware cartoon is hilarious. Later in the day Wednesday it became clear for those infected, there was little hope of paying the ransom to retrieve data. Those responsible for incident response had a long day.
